At Qurvii, we want you to love what you wear. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple and hassle-free return and exchange process.

Exchange products are shipped within 2 business days of the original item being picked up.
Refunds are processed within 3 business days of receiving the item back and QC clearing it. QC clearance is done within 1 business day of receiving the returned item. Refund will be credited Within 5-7 Business Days.
*1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges*
- You can request a return or exchange within *10 days* of receiving your order.
- Items must be *unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned in their **original packaging with tags intact*.
- Items purchased under *Final Sale events* are *not eligible* for return or exchange.
- *Customized or altered items* are non-returnable.

*2. How to Request a Return or Exchange*
- Go to the *Returns & Exchange section* on www.qurvii.com or use the *ReturnPrime portal*.
- Enter your order number and registered email/phone number.
- Choose the item(s) you wish to return or exchange and select a reason.
- We will schedule a *free pickup* (exceptions apply; see below).

*3. Exchange Policy*
- You may exchange an item for a *different size* or *another product* of equal value. Any value payable either by customer to Qurvii or Qurvii to customer will have to be settled.

*4. Refund Policy*
- Refunds are initiated within *3 business days* of receiving the returned item.
- For Prepaid orders, refunds are processed to your original payment method or via UPI transfer. For returns against COD orders, store credit is issued which is valid for 1 year.
- Shipping charges charged, if any, are *non-refundable*.

*5. Exceptions & Special Cases*
- *Final Sale items* are not eligible for return or exchange.
- In case of *damaged, defective, or wrong items*, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
- Qurvii reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions.
