Return and Exchange Policy
Q. What is Qurvii's return policy?
Ans- All items are /exchangeable/returnable (except those purchased in clearance sale). Returns are extremely easy and always free. If you don't like the merchandise for any reason, within 10 days of delivery of the item, you can process your exchange/return by visiting here or from your My Account page. The item must be returned unused and in the original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Provided the item is returned unworn, in the original packaging with tags intact, your refund will be processed.
If the goods were purchased using some form of prepaid method (credit/debit card, etc.), you can choose to either
Receive store credit (issued immediately after we receive the returned product) OR
Receive refund to your original form of payment. Your financial institution can take up to 10 business days for your payment method to process and credit the amount to your account.
Items purchased using COD will get store credit as refund.
Items purchased in Clearance Sale cannot be refunded.
